To Complete Registration

To ensure complete registration please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form completely.

2. Select “Next” at the bottom of the page.

3. A verification page will appear. Review the information and select “Confirm” at the bottom of the page.

4. A payment page will appear. If you select to pay online with credit/debit card you will be re-routed to OSU’s secure payment gateway. Once you have provided the payment information, there will be a link at the bottom of the screen after payment is completed that will route you back to the registration system. You will then see a letter of confirmation on the screen. It will also be emailed to the address provided. A separate email titled "Notification of Payment" will be sent to the email address you specified in the credit card portion of the registration process.

5. If you select “Invoice” an invoice will be emailed to the address provided within 5-7 business days. A letter of confirmation will appear on the screen and will be delivered to your inbox as well.

6. If you are part of Oregon State University, you may select "Index". A box will pop up and you will provide your index and activity code (if applicable). A letter of confirmation will appear on the screen and will be delivered to your inbox as well.


Please note that the letter of confirmation is emailed to the email address you provide at the top of this form.

  • Student: $300.00
  • OSU Faculty: $400.00
  • OSU Student: $200.00

Early registration rates will be available until 11:59pm on Tuesday, August 28, 2015


Regular Registration:

  • Regular: $600.00
  • Student: $350.00
  • OSU Faculty: $450.00
  • OSU Student: $250.00

One Day Registration:

One day registration is available at the cost of $250.00 per day.

Please note: One day registration does not include the Welcome Reception, Poster Reception, or the Conference Banquet.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to conferences@oregonstate.edu by 5:00 PM PDT on Friday, August 28, 2015. Cancellation requests received by that time will receive a 50% refund of registration fees. Substitutions may be allowed. Please contact the conference organizers for approval.
